Pre-Service Checklist

To ensure a seamless and safe cleaning process, please review and complete the following tasks prior to our arrival:

 

  1. Keep Pets and Children Inside: Ensure all pets and children remain indoors throughout the duration of our service.
  2. Check Water Faucets: Verify that all outdoor water faucets are in working order and accessible.
  3. Remove Personal Items: Please remove grills, deck furniture, planters, and other personal items from areas to be cleaned. An additional charge of $5 per item may be applied for removal services provided by our team.
  4. Parking and Driveway Access: Ensure we can park along the curb and move any vehicles off the driveway to allow unobstructed access.
  5. Unlock Access Points: Unlock gates, screen doors, and any other barriers to provide full access to the property.
  6. Window Cleaning Preparation: If window cleaning is included, please be aware that we will remove the screens from inside the house. Ensure all windows and doors are closed to prevent water or detergent from entering the house.
  7. Inform Household Members: Notify anyone entering or leaving the house during our service to be cautious of detergent that can stain clothing and that hoses, machines, ladders, and other potential trip hazards will be present.
  8. Special Instructions: Provide any special instructions or areas of concern that you would like us to pay extra attention to during the cleaning.
